This Privacy Policy describes how TruAstro Services (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information of astrologers (“you”, “Partner”, “Service Provider”) who use the TruAstro Astrologer mobile application (“Astrologer App”).
We collect information provided by astrologers during onboarding and use of the Astrologer App. This includes name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, gender, profile details, skills, experience, languages known, availability status, and identity verification details where required.
We also collect service-related data such as call and chat metadata, consultation duration, earnings records, payout history, ratings, and performance metrics.
Technical information including device details, IP address, operating system, app version, and usage analytics may be collected for security, fraud prevention, and performance improvement.
Payment and payout-related details such as bank account or UPI information are collected solely for settlement purposes and handled securely.
Information is used to:
Verify astrologer identity and eligibility
Enable consultations with users
Track service performance and earnings
Process payouts and settlements
Maintain platform security and quality
Communicate service updates and policy changes
Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
We do not use astrologer data for unrelated marketing purposes.
Information may be shared with trusted third-party service providers such as payment processors, cloud hosting services, analytics providers, and compliance partners strictly for operational and legal purposes.
We do not sell or rent astrologer data to third parties.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are implemented to protect astrologer information. While strong measures are taken, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Astrologer data is retained for as long as the account is active and as required to comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
Astrologers may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data, subject to legal and operational requirements.
The Astrologer App is strictly intended for individuals aged 18 years and above.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the TruAstro Astrologer App operated by TruAstro Services.
By registering or using the Astrologer App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
Only individuals aged 18 years or older may register as astrologers. You confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
Astrologers using the App act as independent service providers. Nothing in this agreement creates an employer-employee, partnership, or agency relationship between TruAstro Services and the astrologer.
Astrologers are solely responsible for their professional conduct, taxes, and legal compliance.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
Astrologers must:
Provide respectful and professional consultations
Avoid abusive, misleading, fear-based, or guaranteed claims
Refrain from providing medical, legal, or financial advice
Comply with all platform guidelines and policies
Astrologers must not engage in:
Harassment, abuse, or discrimination
False promises or guaranteed outcomes
Sharing personal contact details with users
Circumventing platform payments
Fraudulent or illegal activities
Earnings are calculated based on completed consultations after applicable platform fees or commissions. Payouts are processed according to the platform’s settlement schedule and verification requirements.
TruAstro Services reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of policy violations, fraud, or disputes.
Astrologer profiles may be subject to performance monitoring, user ratings, and quality reviews. Continued poor ratings or violations may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
TruAstro Services may suspend or terminate astrologer accounts for policy violations, misconduct, fraudulent behavior, or breach of these Terms.
TruAstro Services acts solely as a technology platform facilitating connections between users and astrologers. We are not responsible for the content of consultations or outcomes thereof.
The App, brand, software, and related content are the intellectual property of TruAstro Services. Astrologers may not copy, modify, or misuse platform assets.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
