These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the TruAstro mobile application operated by TruAstro Services.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
User Eligibility
Only individuals who are 18 years of age or older are permitted to use TruAstro.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities carried out through your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Prohibited Activities
You must not engage in abusive behavior, harassment, illegal activities, fraud, impersonation, or actions that interfere with the App’s operation or security.
Service Availability
TruAstro aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
All astrology-related services are provided for guidance and informational purposes only. TruAstro Services is not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes based on consultations or App content.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the App.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Disclaimer Policy – TruAstro
TruAstro, operated by TruAstro Services, provides astrology-based guidance solely for informational and entertainment purposes.
Astrology is not an exact science and does not guarantee accuracy or outcomes. The App does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
Users are solely responsible for decisions made based on information obtained through the App.
Refund & Cancellation Policy – TruAstro
All payments made into the TruAstro wallet are used to access paid consultations and services.
Once a consultation (call or chat) has started, the amount deducted from the wallet is non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases involving verified technical issues directly attributable to the App. Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days.
Payments & Wallet Policy – TruAstro
TruAstro operates a digital wallet system to facilitate in-app purchases. Users can add funds using supported digital payment methods through authorized third-party payment gateways.
Wallet balance:
Has no cash value
Is non-transferable
Can only be used within the App
In case of failed or disputed transactions, users may contact support for assistance after verification.
User Conduct Policy – TruAstro
Users are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate communication at all times.
Abusive language, harassment, offensive behavior, or illegal activity may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the account.
Content & Intellectual Property Policy – TruAstro
All content available on the App, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is the intellectual property of TruAstro Services or its licensors and is protected under applicable laws.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or modification of App content is strictly prohibited.
