These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TruAstro Astrologer mobile application (“Astrologer App”), operated by TruAstro Services (“we”, “our”, “us”). By registering or using the Astrologer App, you (“Astrologer”, “Partner”, “Service Provider”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing, registering, or using the Astrologer App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
Only individuals who are 18 years of age or older are eligible to register as astrologers. You represent that all information submitted during onboarding is accurate, complete, and truthful.
Astrologers using the TruAstro Astrologer App act solely as independent service providers. Nothing in these Terms creates an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency between TruAstro Services and the astrologer.
Astrologers are responsible for their own professional conduct, compliance with applicable laws, and payment of all applicable taxes.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You must promptly notify TruAstro Services of any unauthorized use of your account.
Astrologers must provide consultations in a respectful, ethical, and professional manner. You agree to:
Avoid abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior
Not make false, misleading, or guaranteed predictions
Refrain from providing medical, legal, or financial advice
Not use fear-based or manipulative language
Comply with all platform guidelines and quality standards
Astrologers must not:
Harass or abuse users
Share personal contact details with users
Bypass or attempt to bypass platform payments
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
Misuse user data or platform information
Earnings are calculated based on completed consultations, subject to applicable platform fees or commissions. Payouts are processed according to the settlement cycle and verification requirements established by TruAstro Services.
TruAstro Services reserves the right to withhold or adjust payouts in cases of disputes, suspected fraud, or policy violations.
Astrologer performance may be evaluated based on user ratings, reviews, and internal quality checks. Consistent poor performance or policy violations may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
TruAstro Services may suspend or terminate astrologer accounts at its discretion for violations of these Terms, platform policies, misconduct, or activities that harm users or the platform.
TruAstro Services acts only as a technology platform connecting users with astrologers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or outcomes of consultations provided by astrologers.
All intellectual property related to the App, including software, branding, designs, and content, is owned by TruAstro Services. Astrologers may not copy, modify, or misuse platform assets without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.
